- Q How much time should I allow so that the Spa is ready for my party?
- A We would suggest around 3-4 hours total set up time. When booking let us know what time you would like the Spa to be ready and we will arrange a mutually suitable delivery time.
- Q Do I need to add any chemical such as chlorine to the spa?
- A You do not need to worry about adding any chemicals to the Spas. The Spas have an automated chlorine dispensing mechanism, so that at all times when the spa is running you can feel safe and assured that the water is chemically dosed killing all bacteria and organisms etc.
- Q I don't think I have enough room for the timber decking surrounding the Spas to fold down. Is it necessary to have these folded down to use the Spas?
- A No. If you don't have enough room for the timber decking sides surrounding the Spas to fold down then by all means the Spa is still able to be used and is just as much fun. The timber decking just adds more room around the spa so that eskys, chairs and food etc. can be within easy reach. Most often we find that even if space is tight one side of the timber decking can still be folded down.
